Processing Time
Being a small independent brand crafting handmade jewellery, currently all our items are made to order. This requires a processing time of 2-3 business days, with our working hours being from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
United Kingdom
We offer free 24-hour delivery (1-2 business days) on all orders over £100. For orders under £100, you can choose between 24-hour or 48-hour delivery (2-4 business days) options at an additional cost.
International
For international orders, we use an expedited shipping service that ensures delivery within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
